2. What type of leather does Citrine use?
We use premium leather, mostly Full Grain and Top Grain skins, selected for its natural strength, refined texture, and graceful aging. Most of our pieces are made from semi-finished leather, which may display subtle variations or markings, these are not imperfections, but signatures of authenticity that make every piece unique.
3. Will the leather change over time?
Yes. Authentic leather will naturally develop a soft patina over time. This is a desirable characteristic of authentic leather and enhances the individuality and richness of your piece.
4. How should I care for my Citrine bag?
To preserve its beauty:
- Store in its original dust bag when not in use
- Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Use a leather conditioner when needed (avoid harsh chemicals)

Care instructions are also provided on a card carefully nestled within your packaging.
5. Do colors appear exactly as shown online?
We strive to present our pieces as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural character of leather.
These nuances enhance the individuality of each Citrine creation.
6. Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted for items in unused condition, with tags and packaging intact, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are honored exclusively for:
- Manufacturing irregularities
- Items dispatched in error

7. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. In the rare case an approved imperfection is found or an item is unavailable, an exchange will be offered for the value paid.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel or request an edit before your order has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
9. How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Same-day urgent delivery is available within Lahore via WhatsApp request (delivery charges apply).
10. How will I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your order until it safely arrives at your doorstep.
11. Does CITRINE ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Orders can be placed through WhatsApp, where our team will confirm shipping charges and delivery timelines based on your destination. All international shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
