Eligibility for Exchange
We are pleased to accept exchanges for items that are:
- In pristine, unused, and saleable condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, dust bag, and invoice intact
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges are offered exclusively for:
- Verified manufacturing irregularities
- Incorrect items received
Non-Exchangeable Items
For the safety and exclusivity of our clients, the following cannot be exchanged:
- Limited Edition Collection pieces
- Items not returned in their original, unused condition
- Items damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to CITRINE
- Items returned after 14 days

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
However, in the rare case that your selected piece is unavailable or has an approved imperfection, you may exchange it for another item of equal value, or higher with the price difference borne by the client.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
We understand that preferences may evolve.
- You may request a cancellation or modification prior to dispatch.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be altered.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed to our courier.
CITRINE reserves the right to cancel or amend an order in exceptional circumstances including stock unavailability, payment issues, or pricing inaccuracies.
Online Exchange Guidance
As CITRINE is available exclusively through our official online boutique, all exchanges are handled directly by our in-house team.
- Exchanges for an alternate size or color (if available) are complimentary.
- If exchanging for a different product, any price difference will be payable by the client.
